TQL821, TQL850, TQL851 are high-performance low dropout linear regulator with 3.3V & 5V fixed output, input range of 3V to 50V and low Iq. These devices provides 2% output voltage accuracy and are suitable for automotive or systems. The devices are stable with a small ceramic capacitor of 1μF to provide fast transient response with good stability. The input voltage will work down to 3V which provides margin for cranking conditions of automotive electrical system.
New PDFN56U package is compatible with conventional SOP8 packages. Its Wettable Flank leads improve solder joint reliability and AOI’s accuracy during PCB assembly process.
