Taiwan Semiconductor\u00a0 (TSC), a global supplier of discrete power electronics devices, LED drivers, analog ICs and ESD protection devices, announces its new 1200V low-loss diodes for power electronics systems.<\/p>
The current rating are from 15-60A with ThinDPAK, D2PAK-D and TO-247BD packages available.<\/p>
The low VF<\/sub> reduces DC conduction losses to achieve greater power efficiencies. TSC provides SPICE models, thermal models and 3D CAD files on the TSC website to support design simulation.<\/p> Engineered for demanding, high-temperature operation, these diodes offer a maximum junction temperature(TJ<\/sub> of 175\u00b0C.
